The ACS team includes national-level experts to help navigate complex regulatory environments, such as the Davis Bacon and Related Acts, National Apprenticeship Act, Inflation Reduction Act, and the CHIPS and Science Act. In addition to professional expertise and mentorship, the Center’s capacity and technology provides an incubator environment for accessing skilled instructors as well as the facilitation, implementation, and optimization of registered apprenticeship and compliance programs.
